OUR STORY…..SO FAR

Founded in 2018, we quickly established ourself as a leading UK contractor, delivering the management, design and build of stage sets, bespoke trade stands, experiential activations along with TV and Theatre sets internationally. With extensive experience across live events, ceremonies, television and theatre, Managing Director Phil Sharp founded SETSTAGE to unite creative vision, technical expertise and logistical delivery under one fully integrated offering. Rapid post-Covid growth saw us deliver ambitious, high-profile projects, including Adventurous activations for Google at the flagship Mobile World Congress, bespoke red-carpet entrance features at the Royal Albert Hall for the premiere of the 25th James Bond film No Time To Die, and the Bullring set build for the Opening Ceremony of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

In 2023, the focus shifted to strategic expansion, driving significant growth within the exhibition sector. We secured projects across North America, Asia and Europe, extending our global footprint and strengthening our position within the international events market. Now as an established partner with some of the worlds largest brands, we continues to deliver show-stopping design, exceptional build quality and next-level customer service.
